Problems with connectivity

I love the app but since yesterday it does not connect to retrieve the data anymore.
Coonection error message pops up everytime I launch it.
Ive tried to reinstall it; but after I deleted it now it refuses to install also... something is really messed up...
Please fix it... i own a payed version.
